Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP)

The Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP) is designed to help jobseekers improve their language, literacy and numeracy skills. The LLNP is funded by the Australian government and managed by the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIISRTE).

Courses in the Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program are designed to:

  • meet the needs of jobseekers
  • meet the demands of industry and local business
  • provide practical skills in writing job applications
  • prepare students for job interviews

Under the program students can:

  • access 800 hours of training at no cost to them
  • be placed in a course that is best suited to their needs
  • receive nationally recognised Certificates in Spoken and Written English
  • achieve high standards of English language proficiency
